The hotel's location seems to be convenient. during our stay, we experienced water shortage and a lack of concern from the hotel staff. We paid for breakfast upfront but were told upon arrival that it wasn't provided and they wouldn't refund the cost. the room was nothing exceptional, just standard furnishings. In the bathroom, we were concerned about being stuck because of the water shortage. In terms of service, they didn't go out of their way to ensure we were comfortable.

It was unsettling not being able to use the water in the bathroom freely due to the apparent water shortage.
